Cranberry Pomegranate Synbiotic: Feeling Comfortable

During the week, I often take the Cranberry Pomegranate to bring back a feeling of equilibrium and comfort to my body.

For many years women have communicated with us to let us know that they use the Cranberry Pomegranate not only for UTI but also to detox, get the bladder and kidneys moving fluids more efficiently.

Women in general are more prone to feel bloated and uncomfortable in their body, possibly because it is 'that time of the month' or from too much salt and sugar in the diet, not enough exercise, and often - stress.

For men, the pomegranate is known in research to support a healthy prostate, and together with the cranberry, bladder, kidneys and heart.

Check some of the references, and learn the rich history of both cranberries and pomegranates.

Enjoy!

My Research: Peace - "I and Thou"

Globe_Home 3The big question that is occurring now is how much free speech we have to protest certain things that are happening in our world, and demand justice. The issue that we face is whether these protests, on any side, is filled with hatred and anger, violence, and a demand for justice that divides people rather than bring them together. This is a chance for more conversations, rather than using force, for creating more awareness of what our beliefs are and how they influence the way we understand the world. Peace happens when we become conscious of our divisions: if you have a chance, pick up "I and Thou" - a beautiful booklet by the philosopher Buber.
