Phyto Power’s Anticancer support

Dear Friends

The effects of ellagic acid on cell cycle events and apoptosis were studied in cervical carcinoma cells and were found to be very effective in inducing G1 arrest.

Many cancers including breast and skin cancers have been prevented from proliferating by causing the tumor cells to enter G1 arrest, preventing the cells from dividing and spreading.

Ellagic acid is a phenolic compound present in fruits and nuts including raspberries, strawberries and walnuts.  It is very concentrated in Rosehip, which can be found in the BioImmersion’s Phyto Power with three species of wildcrafted very potent Alaskan Rosehip.

See Narayanan B. et al, “p53/p21 (WAF1/CIP1) expression and its possible role in G1 arrest and apoptosis in ellagic acid treated cancer cells,” Cancer Letters, vol. 136, issue 2, pp. 215-221, 1999.

Both catechins (found in the rosehips seeds), and Vitamin C with its naturally attached bioflavonoids are found in Phyto Power’s rosehips in high amounts.  These too are wonderful anti-cancer phyto nutrients.

It is easy to see why we are excited about Phyto Power.

Sincerely yours,

Seann Bardell

Clinical Notes:

Taking two Phyto Power capsules a day, gives you the equivalent of eating 6 of these precious rose hips from the wild.  You are getting their seeds and all, which are extremely rich in catechins, another category of phytonutrients with strong cancer prevention properties.

The Last Quiz Answer:

Areas of Mozambique, north of the Zambezi River, are largely unexplored ornithologically. This amazing bird comes from Mount Mabu and ‘the Google forest’ area— the largest rainforest in southern Africa.  The rainforest of Mount Mabu covers approximately 7,880 hectares in total, and has revealed a number of species that were previously unknown to science.

I remember as a child lovingly collecting the beautiful bird stamps from Mozambique.  Over the next few weeks we will be highlight animals from this region, many of them birds.  This beautiful creature is the Roseate Spoonbill.

The David Suzuki Foundation in this March 20th 2014 article entitled, We can’t just geoengineer our way out of climate change, correctly summarizes our selfish thinking as to the ecological weather crisis before us and the possible catastrophic consequences if we don’t get off this disastrous wrong-train-of-thought.
