Summer Fun: Weddings, Late Nights, Outdoor Dinner, Travel, and Doing Nothing
Summer is a time for fun; the blue skies, hot temp (and hopefully, not too hot), light clothing, time off work or school, weddings, sitting outside with friends into the night, and even doing nothing.
A Wedding is beautiful celebration of love and commitment. And then there is the honeymoon. For couples, a protocol for their honeymoon is quite simple, if it is close to home, just the No 7 to support a complete nutritional wholeness and the Cranberry Pomegranate to support bladder and prostate. Sex can bring about UTIs and Cran Pom, as we call it affectionately, is a powerful tool.
We do love sit with friends into the night, and share food, wine, and maybe even put something on the BBQ. Since BBQ can generates toxins such as VOCs from charcoal and wood that lead to pulmonary disease and possible carcinogenic effects (Gruber & Nikolas, 2024), heavy metals (Pandey et al., 2009) and dang, also carcinogens from the meat (Dolan et al., 2021) - we need to mitigate its effect with a great protocol.
A protocol of Phyto Power, Supernatant, and Glucosinolates & Sulforaphaes supports the body with intense polyphenols, high antioxidants and liver detox.
We love to travel and explore, visit different beaches, walk along beautiful paths, and enjoy nature. Garlic and High ORAC are easy to pack and can do a multitude of things, from taking care of your microbiome, to protecting the body's exposure to the sun and elements with antioxidants (High ORAC), and ensure the body has a defense against bacteria, mold, and viruses (Garlic).
I do enjoy the ability to just do nothing, maybe engage in a few home projects- cleaning and organizing, in leisure. Enjoying lunch, dinner, or tea time with friends. Reading, exercising, listening to music, dancing - just being home and letting life happen through me. It is rare, and I intend to make it happen more often. Summer is a perfect time.
At home, I do my typical full protocol, as I suggest for everyone.
Enjoy your summer!
Enjoy!
