My Early Morning Routine: The Intelligent Healthy Booster of Energy
Sundays are my 'lazy' days, I get up at my usual 5am (or so...) and get into my routine of meditation, reading recent research for BioImmersion and the academic journals on International Relations, enjoying my first cup of green tea.
To boost my brain power and be ready then to exercise or 'do Sunday stuff' - I need energy, motivation, and feel deeply nourished. My early AM routine is simple: Blueberry Extract, Fructo Borate, Magnesium, and Energy.
Of course, I have many tricks up my sleeve, and depending on what is going on and how I feel - I create a great protocol for myself later in the day.
