Beta Glucan: Heart, Gut, and Weight Loss

The Beta Glucan is multifunctional due to its oat beta glucans, red beetroot, inulin from chicory, and strong probiotic organism.

Each ingredient is shown in research to offer heart healthy food, boost energy, and support the GI tract, liver and kidneys, promoting regularity and GI comfort. And yes, it is amazing for weight loss.

For example: Cicero et al. found in 2020 that all it took was 3 grams (about a tablespoon) of the beta glucan fiber from oat to balance their lipid profile and calm the gut!

Suggested amount: 1 tablespoon
