Cranberry support in preventing UTI

Dear Friends

The available scientific information supports a clinical benefit of Vaccinium macrocarpon in the prevention of reoccurring UTI in women.

We certainly have experienced the reality of this through the amazing feedback that you have given us regarding your UTI patients who have benefited from the use of our Cranberry Pomegranate Synbiotic Formula.

This was the conclusion also reached by Perez-Lopez et al in their 2009 research entitled Vaccinium macrocarpon: an interesting option for women with recurrent urinary tract infections and other health benefits, in J. obstet Gynaecol Res 2009 Aug;35(4):630-9.

As they stated, cranberry treatment is a safe, well-tolerated supplement that does not have significant drug interactions.  Additionally, they went on to postulate on all the other positive health benefits of cranberry—citing its anti-infective, anti-cancer, anti-oxidant effects, as well as its ability to induce positive cardiovascular and metabolic changes. They also reported its improvement in neuropsychological activity.

Cranberry is a super fruit!

Yesterday we looked at cardiovascular benefits relevant to cranberry, today we concurred with its UTI benefits, and tomorrow we will focus on its cancer research.

Sincerely yours,

Seann Bardell

Dow Chemical Do. asked the EPA for permission to sell Enlist Duo, a toxic weed killer mix of 2,3-D and glyphosate to be used on millions of acres of genetically engineered crops.  If approved, this dangereous new herbicide cocktail would wreak havoc on human and environmental health.

The good news is that it is not too late to stop it.  The EPA is still seeking comments from the public before it makes its final decision.  But the window closes on June 30.  Click here to sign a petition against this poison’s use.  The Environmental Working Group’s goal is to get 50,000 signature.  They need just 18,000 more.  TAKE ACTION.
