Together, let’s put an end to deteriorating health

Overcoming Hep C, Cancer, and Anxiety

Diagnosis of certain conditions is always accompanied by the feelings of fear and anxiety, and that is how, too often, we experience the beginning of the journey - with a crisis.

There is something primal that awakens in us when we face the possibility of death. The intensity of the fear becomes an ongoing anxiety, and that is at times harder to face than the condition in itself. How do we handle fear and Anxiety?

I have had the privilege of coming alongside Tony and Jose, which you will meet in this new episode of Share the Power. We worked together on coming out of Hep C, healing the body, and gaining back the joy of living a full life.

And then came Tony's diagnosis of Cancer. There are many different steps that Tony and Jose went through in the healing process. It was intense experience, a wake up call into what is important about life.

Sharing the power is about learning from one another:  how do we work with, heal, or face certain conditions. There is much to learn. Chronic conditions such as Hep C or Cancer are layered and complex.

Tony and Jose chose to embody integrative medicine best practices: finding doctors that are encouraging and positive, able to perform certain tasks, and taking their power back by utilizing a variety of holistic methods to support the body.

A great diet (you will love the description of 'breakfast'), supplements, exercise, and meditation - keeping the emotions in check, and remembering that love heals.

World  Peace: Mature Peace Research Institute

Globe_Home 3Last night I spent a few hours at the studio creating a video for mature peace research institute with Nicolai Buccino and Emily Calderwood. It was my first time recording at a studio! I am eager to share more in the next couple of weeks, and to finally publish the website.
