The Happy Protocol ~ A Perfect Daily
What is the Perfect Daily? It would have to be a combination of ingredients that boost every system in the body, protecting and enhancing the brain's ability to think, and supporting the liver's detox mechanism.
And yes, a mix that also promotes happiness.
Blueberries were found to significantly increase the sense of well-being (Sinclair et al., 2022). We have discussed often the blueberries' power to rejuvenate and regenerate brain cells and nerve cells (Zheng et al., 2022). Of course there is more - blueberries are excellent for heart health, including lowering bad cholesterol, and intense anti-inflammatory which is to a large degree the key to longevity.
In research, Polyphenols are being discovered as the magical molecules for wellbeing; the body simply loves the effect of happiness (Kontogianni et al., 2020). Polyphenols not only perform a host of functions, including good better quality sleep (Godos et al., 2020), they also elevate our mood.
When the liver is happy, the body is humming. The liver works very hard: Most of what enters the body has to get processed through the liver (food, alcohol, medications toxins, etc.). The liver is also responsible for other types of processes, such as balancing blood sugar by storing access and releasing it when necessary, synthesizing fat like cholesterol, cleaning up our blood, the list goes on.
The happy protocol is powerful for nourishing body, protecting and regenerating the mind, and elevating emotions. The combination of Glucosinolates & Sulforaphanes (liver) Blueberry Extract (mind and mood) and No 7 Systemic Booster (body and emotions), which include polyphenols, vitamins, minerals, and 10 probiotic organisms with their supernatant because as Short (2024) explains, when the gut is happy we are happy - all combine into the perfect daily.
