Are You giving Your Body Clear Information?

We often throw too much at the body - too many supplements, treatments, drugs, specific diets that are too strict or toxic, not enough or too much exercise. All can be very confusing to the body and therefore the mind and emotions.

Creating harmony and balance in our body and mind has become stressful in itself.

Think of health as the simple need to create a clear path of information for the body-mind. We are after all a "supra-organism" comprised of trillions of cells, some are our own and mostly other organisms.

Information and communications are therefore at the center of health.

Nutrigenomics is a field of study that examines how nutrients interact with our genes, signal different cells to perform certain tasks. Food is information that communicates with body, instructing the cells and organisms how to repair, heal, and regulate gene expression (Shaman, 2024; Lam et al., 2025).

Our mission, if we so choose to accept it, is to offer our body clear, precise information- food, supplements, exercise, meditations, stress management. With the right information, the body will know what it needs to do - how to heal itself, how to regenerate, renew and protect. Because of the incredible innate intelligence of the body, it understands how to create balance and harmony.

We created the BioImmersion's Therapeutic Line supplements with this in mind. We worked diligently from the start with scientists who were attuned to advanced research while we learned how to source the purest, most potent whole foods, concentrated foods, and their extract - to deeply nourish and give the clearest possible information to the body.

Take a look at the reference list to read an article or two about nutrigenomics and how the information of high quality ingredients affects your body.

Enjoy!

Yours,
