What do Scientists Say About Garlic and Covid?

Scientists are now suggesting garlic to strengthen the immune system against SARS-CoV-2 (Chakraborty, 2020).

Garlic is indeed as many scientists have concluded a broad-spectrum anti-microbial that fights many different kids of bacteria and viruses and in today's world, it is exactly what we all need (De & De, 2020; Pandey et al., 2021)

De, L.C., De, T., 2020 article “Protective Foods to Develop Immunity of Individuals against COVID 19” illustrates the excellent therapeutic benefits of garlic.

Research over the years have shown garlic to support the body against the flu and other nasty pathogens. It is also found to be a powerful food that lowers inflammation, fights yeast infections, UTI infections, and more.

Garlic is found to have many benefits, and small amounts a few times a week can do wonders for your immune system.
