Freedom is Maturity

Freedom is indeed maturity.  Are you intrigued? 

As I reflected on July 4th and the idea of freedom for all, I came to realize that there is no freedom for just one nation or a few nations. To fully enjoy freedom our whole world needs to experience being free from wars, needless conflicts, hatred, and divisions. 

To create this comprehensvie freedom, humanity needs to mature. But what does maturity mean? 

In my research for a pathway towards global peace, I have built a theory that explains the need for maturity to achieve a universal peace consciousness for all human beings, which ultimately, intertwines with freedom. 

Do take a look at the 2 minute video I created a year ago about the research into Peace Consciousness. I explain the concept slowly and clearly because it is a topic that shapes the expression of my DNA. 

Research into peace consciousness is my mission. Yes, I love theories and as my friends know, (all too well), I can talk about them with such passion. Theories organize the world, our perceptions of the world. They define how we understand and interact in the world - and they reach deeply into our own inner personal world. How we shape reality has been dependent on our collective and individualistic conception of reality. 

Freedom as a concept of reality is interlaced with so many variables and to achieve that balance of freedom as individuals, societies, nations, and internationally - we do need to evolve into very mature human beings. 

Maturity is about the ability to recognize our worthiness and others' worthiness - our own and others' dignity. It is about exercising good manners, being considerate and kind, offering help when it is needed, and thinking in a reflective way about a continual inner personal growth to be a better human being. It is simple yet complex, and as a global society we have not done so well. 

It is my dream for all of us to evolve into that incredible mature collective that embodies the consciousness of peace. 

So let's take this amazing 4th of July holiday to make one small change that will evolve who we are as human beings. To be free - we need to allow freedom and peace to grow inside of us, to take root in our beliefs. All of humanity is worthy.
