Protocols For Chronic Illnesses

Heart Disease, Chronic Lung Diseases, Stroke, Alzheimer’s Disease, Diabetes., Chronic Kidney Disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Arthritis, Obesity, and more. 5 conditions are associated with increased risk of death from COVID: Chronic Kidney Disease, COPD (includes chronic bronchitis and emphysema), Heart Disease, Diabetes, and Obesity.

These debilitating chronic illnesses are the main causes of death and disability and are the leading drivers of the nations $3.5 trillion in Annual Health Care Costs.

For these reasons the CDC has created the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (NCCDPHP).

The CDC lists the causes that drive such a high percentage of people into a chronic illness: Tabaco Use, Poor Nutrition, Lack of Physical Activity, Excessive Alcohol.

Rebuilding our health is not easy but it is doable. First we stop smoking (or vaping), eat organic or eco farmed whole foods (80% plant based; 20% animal), go for nice refreshing walks, and drink less alcohol.
