We suggest not to overload the drink with too many things, experiment to see what tastes good and how your body responds.
BioImmersion’s Famous Morning Drink
In a blender:
The base of the drink: 1 tablespoon of Beta Glucan, 1 tablespoon of Be Regular, and 1 teaspoon of No 7 Systemic Booster.
Add: 1 tablespoon of Flax Seeds, 1 heaping teaspoon of Bee Pollen - if you are not allergic to bees or honey. Keep in the freezer for freshness. Bee pollen contains a host of nutrients such as antioxidant, protein, vitamins, minerals, enzymes and coenzymes, etc.
Fruits: 1 Banana, 1 cup of frozen or fresh berries, and any fruit you would like (fresh or frozen, e.g., pineapple, melons, mango, peaches, nectarines).
Liquids: 1. Water. 2. Juice: any juice or combination of different juices: apple, pineapple, prune, watermelon juice, sweet green juices with apple, carrots, and beets, or any berry juice. We suggest mixing juice with water: 1/3 cup of juice & 2/3 cup water (if you need more liquids add a little of both). 3. Coconut water: dilute half/half with water. 4. Nut milks, oat milk, soy, or hemp (half/half or use the whole plant-milk).
Optional- one or two of the following: Nut butter: 1 teaspoon of nut butter - almond or cashew butters, peanut butter occasionally and if you are not allergic. Dates: 1 date or 1 tsp date powder (extra minerals, sweetness, and iron); 1-2 tsp cacao powder (organic, potent, keep in freezer), 1-2 tsp yogurt (goat, sheep, cow, or plant-based, according to your dietary program).
Optional- Extra protein: Plant-based protein powder (peas, seeds, hemp, lentils, soy, etc.). Or 1 tbs of Whey (according to your dietary program). Or 1 tbs of Dr. Bernd Friedlander Hydrate Collagen Peptide with amino acids (green label). * Be aware: rice has high levels of arsenic. We typically get plenty of proteins but not enough fiber. We need 35-50 grams of fiber daily!
Blend until smooth and drink. Enjoy!
