Article: The Miracle Workers: Broccoli Sprouts

The Miracle Workers: Broccoli Sprouts

We have talked about the high levels of Sulforaphanes in broccoli sprouts, and the unique work these sprouts perform.

I'd like to introduce to you the Glucosinolates & SulforaphanesA a potent mix of Glucosinolates with 15,000 ppm, Glucoraphanin with 10,000 ppm, and Sulforaphanes Potential of 4,000 ppm. That is a powerhouse of bioactives.

Broccoli sprouts grow into their peak when they are three days old, and can contain from 10-100 times more glucoraphanin, the glucosinolates of sulforaphane, than a mature broccoli plant. Each of our vegan capsule has 500 mg of organic broccoli sprouts, harvested at the peak of their phytonutrient power.

Two weeks ago I pointed out only 2024 research:

Health benefits are growing each year (Li et al., 2024). An anti-microbial activity against pathogens (He et al., 2024), rebuilding the gut microbiome (Bouranis et al., 2024), anti-Alzheimer's activity (Uthaman et al., 2025), Osteoarthritis (davidson et al., 2024), and digestion (Zhu et al., 2024), and liver detox (Cascajosa-Lira et al., 2024).

And yet, Scientists have known about the potent effect of sulforaphanes since 1992 (Zhang et al.). Research has been building up a full framework for the miraculous work of the broccoli spouts. Take a closer look at the research, and go to the web page of Glucosinolates & Sulforaphanes to see the full range of broccoli sprouts ability. So much good work, for just one food!

Take at night, before bedtime.

Glucosinolates & Sulforaphanes

Enjoy!
