Stomach Flu and upper respiratory infection: No 7 Systemic Booster and Garlic

I got back from a 7 day retreat in Marco Island, FL, and within 12 hours felt the chills and nausea of an intense stomach flu. 

Full disclosure - I did eat the airline food, and as I took some bites I did wonder if I was doing the right thing, then I forgot…. 

It is difficult to take anything when we are in the throes of stomach flu - whatever comes in goes out, but after the body calms down, now is the time to nourish and go after whatever bug has created such a mayhem in our body. 

No 7 systemic booster is perfect for re-establishing equilibrium so the therapeutic tools you are using will be utilized well. For me it was garlic and later for the bronchitis antibiotic. 

I am blessed to have the most amazing friends that continue to text and call and offer food, and advise me, my own advice of what protocols to take, which always brings a smile to my face.
