My Protocol: Sore Throat, Ear Ache, Flu, Cold
I do love when the air starts to get a bit chilly around September, and there is a great anticipation--a preparation for winter. The change of seasons also carries the possibility of not paying enough attention to our need to bundle up a more, eat warmer foods, and boost our immune system.
So when we get that sore throat or runny nose, the first step is to take Garlic. I open a capsule and mix the powder in water, let sit for half a minute to form the allicin. Then gargle several times within a short duration to coat the throat. It works for me so well that I never travel without the Garlic.
In recent scientific literature, we continue to find how well garlic works to boost the immune system (Jan, 2024) , and bestow many health benefits (ALsafah, 2025), including support for respiratory infection (Mahmood, 2022).
Next is Fructo Borate, and we love to celebrate the intense anti-inflammatory properties of this potent supplement, with the ability to stop a cold or sore throat when taken early enough.
An excellent probiotic formula is a must have, and the Original Synbiotic, our first foundational mix, is one of my favorites. I must confess that it is addictive; that sweet taste and calming effect. A teaspoon or two a day is what I reach out for when my body starts to complain.
And please remember that we continue on to celebrate our new website with Celebrate10 - our 10% off all of our products with the original label.

Enjoy!
Yours Always,
Dohrea
