AMPK: Energy for Metabolic Balance and Prevention of Chronic Illness

We do need more energy, life is complicated and although beautiful and amazing, at the same time, it is also challenging.

AMPK it is the central mechanism for energy in the body. It is a mechanism that attracts much attention due to its central role in preventing many chronic diseases.

We do know that stress, chemicals and toxins, and our not perfect food choices that we make each day accumulates to create imbalance and high inflammation in the body, and that in itself is the beginning of disease creation.

To remind you, nutritionally, we can activate and create a better environment to sustain the mechanism of AMPK:  take a moment to read about the role of polyphenols and probiotics (Article) and the activation of AMPK, and how to gain more energy with our Energy

We have looked at AMPK and its job to regulate glucose metabolism and insulin resistance, lipid metabolism, and work on improving brain energy metabolism, enhancing the function and performance of the brain (Chen et al., 2020).

Today I'd like to highlight two research teams and their work on AMPK and cancer prevention (Hu et al., 2022) and an article that had 1572 other scientists cite in their own literature review -  restoring metabolic balance (Garcia et al., 2017).

Two products that come up for ATP production - Energy (part of AMPK function) and the powerful polyphenols that AMPK is nourished by - High ORAC

Enjoy!

High ORAC - Highest Antioxidant on the market

 Enjoy!
